To save all the hassle if that is not too inconvenient you go to the guard room of the building, tell the security personnel there of the problem, most likely they would be aware of the off/on fire alarm going off, for these people would have to reset the fire panel. At the same time, ask for the building manager number, & call that person. If the problem still persist, call SCDF.

This usually due to some fault in the fire alarm panel, or some over sensitive monitors in the building, a lizard may trigger off the fire alarm. Call the police at the last resort!!.

You hear alarm going off & smoke coming out call 995, anything else fail, you may try to call 'ghost busters'...fire alarm has nothing to do with NEA...do not disturb "bala" he is busy, trying to figure out how to fix another cleaning episode...since now it is so quiet, no smoke, no mozzies!!
