I am glad that our doctor discovered your artery blockage soon enough to take remedial steps.
Please take steps to change your diet, reduce and thereafter stop smoking, as well as significantly reduce the consumption of alcohol.
My usual breakfast: an orange, a banana, spinach omelet, two slices of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, coffee.
Today's lunch: cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and left over home made borscht.
 
Samakon market opens only on Saturday and Sunday. The stalls were moved to a carpark under temporary tents for a year and last weekend they just shifted back to the newly build structure on the old location.

Although I missed the Chinese New Year celebration with family nevertheless I got the all clear from doctor to travel so on 4th day of CNY I went to Singapore to attend a party the next day
