At the personal level, many people feel boomers are entitled, rude and demand respect (which probably stems from the traditional Asian belief of "respect your elders"). People also feel that boomers haven't kept up with the times and have stubbornly held on to their outdated beliefs.
This isn't really a Singapore-specific problem, the "boomer" phenomenon exists worldwide. I think the "OK Boomer" phrase comes from the US.
Sinkie pwn sinkie refers to a "crabs in a bucket" mentality that people feel Singaporeans have. The idea is if you put a bunch of crabs in a bucket, they'll all pull on each other to get out, hence none of the crabs can escape the bucket. Essentially that Singaporeans will pull each other down at any chance. The phrase isn't used super seriously, it's just a kind of shitpost people make to call out selfish behaviour.
