It is definitely in Singapore's interest that BN is kicked out. Less competition, more cooperation from Chinese led parties, etc.
But lest the bigwigs in Singapore's civil service forget, they can play the same game too and to always remember that the end game for us is always a lose-lose proposition. We cannot win.
LKY should remind them of the agreement that we don't meddle in each others intel and political fields. If that can of worms is opened again, it could be very messy.
