The majority lease their properties for 99 years in SG.

Most, if not all PAP elites are landed property owners with freehold land.
Do we expect them to fully look after the well-being of HDB dwellers with their 99-year leases?

Hence, an HDB Party is not only logical but also necessary to protect the national interest of SG, where over 85% of Sinkies are housed in HDB pigeon holes.
 
S'pore used to have more middle class citizens in a country where the wealthy made their money off work done here. This SG Dream is obviously slipping away as more PME jobs are offered to foreigners by the PAP. Now the govt is telling S'poreans that their middle class lifestyle is slipping away because we are not prepared to compete with foreign talents. The truth is that most fresh grads and older PMEs are finding jobs harder to come by because of the overwhelming number of foreigners here. The problem is a govt that rewards foreigners at the expense of citizens because the PAP wants them to become new S'poreans. The PAP is making things worse for true blue citizens every chance they get in order to increase the population, which is causing runaway inflation. The middle class lifestyle of a private home and car has already become unrealistic aspirations for almost 90% of citizens.

Singaporeans are being cheated by PAP and their related elites. Only PAP and their related elites can have dream. Peasants is you die your own problem.

Was there ever a millionaire/billionaire Minister in the PAP who used his power to genuinely make life better for the people of S'pore? Am I wrong when I say our politicians are actually driven by greed and an abusive character? When the population increases, it puts pressure on housing and land prices which inflates the value of SG's land reserves. The value of this land increases every time a new HDB record is set. The govt uses the excuse of rising property prices to divert more money from the national budget into housing subsidies, which then flow back into the reserves when land is sold to HDB and private developers. This is done without having to spend money on things that would genuinely improve the lives of S'poreans.

It was presumptuous of PM Lawrence Wong to claim that the S'pore Dream is no longer about past definitions of success such as cash, car, credit card, condo and country club membership. It is not that most S'poreans no longer desire these 5Cs, but that almost 90% cannot afford to have them! How can PM Wong claim to build a country where every S'porean matters when a staggering 95% of jobs created in 2023 and 89% in 2022 went to foreigners?

Last time Milo aunty stayed in HDBee de woh…later upgraded after taking office. Now maybe in Dubai ?
