The hard truth is that it was never a so-called "A Deep, Dark, Secret Love Affair" at all.
In fact, it was a Open Secret that many Singaporeans, etc knew about.
However, the article posted is an interesting read and carried many details ( hopefully accurate) on what happened behind the scene of the "Mexicans" participation in the building of the SAF.
