男警長涉嫌在荔景站摸臀非禮16歲女學生。
【星島日報報道】55歲男警長於去年11月，涉嫌在荔景站摸臀非禮16歲女學生，有見義勇為途人幫忙通知地鐵職員報警。警長事後被控一項非禮罪，他早前否認控罪，案件今在西九龍裁判法院開審。事主毋須屏風或視像錄影作供，她今供稱被人摸臀後「反射動作」捉住色狠，對方即道歉撞到事主，指自己趕時間懇求讓他離開，更稱「如果我真係非禮你就摸咗你個胸啦」。
事主今供稱，去年11月16日早上約7時50分，在月台近扶手電梯位置被人摸臀非禮。她表示當下「覺得好突然」，反射動作轉身即時捉住對方，問道「你啱啱做咗啲咩？」，被告回應「唔好意思小姐，我唔小心撞到你，我趕時間可唔可以畀我走」。事主未有讓步，被告再稱「如果我真係非禮你就胸咗你個胸啦」，事主認為對方是存心非禮，將自己行為合理化，於是未有讓他離開。
之後有熱人途人見狀查問，事主表示當時已開始哭泣，未能表達發生何事，途人致電通知地鐵職員，其後報警處理。
承認事實透露，被告加入警隊逾30年，在中央交通違例檢控組任職警長，現已退休。辯方大律師透露，被告過往的上司下屬朋友都願作品格證人，今將呈上38封被告品格證明信，庭內亦有眾多朋友旁聽。

The male sergeant was suspected of touching a 16-year-old female student at the Lijing Station.
[Sing Tao Daily reported] The 55-year-old male sheriff was suspected of being a 16-year-old female student at the Lijing Station in November last year. The sergeant was later charged with a frivolity offence. He earlier denied the charge and the case was opened in the West Kowloon Magistracy. The victim does not need a screen or a video to give evidence. She now claims to be caught by the "reflex action" after catching the hip. The other party apologizes and hits the victim, saying that she is rushing to ask him to leave, even if it is true. If you are indecent, you will touch your chest."
The victim said today that at about 7:50 on the morning of November 16, last year, the position of the escalator near the platform was touched.
