50 proposals for NMPs submitted By S Ramesh
Peasantpore: Enbolden by the political dissenters' gains during the 2011 Procedural Election, fifty proposals have been submitted for consideration as Nominated Members of Legistative Council (bogus peasants representatives) for Peasantpore's 12th Legistative Council. True patriots need not apply.
Of these, 34 are from the general public and 16 from seven functional groups representing a broad spectrum of society e.g. bapoks, arty farty artists, Christian Taliban.
The Office of the Crony of Imperial Court on Tuesday said the Special Select Committee has consulted elected lackeys on their views of the proposed candidates. Such a measure is similar in Communist China where the autocratic CCP appoints obedient 'opposition parties' to provide rubber stamps to impress the Anglo Saxon countries.
The committee will meet early after the full moon to consider the eligible candidates.
Members of the committee are Ang-Moh Mike Palmer (to prove anglo-saxons that whiteman will serve if rewarded ), Minion of Defence and Leader of the House Bargain Hen, Senior Minion of State for Proproganda and Flooding Gracie Fu, Minion of State for Gestapo and Foreign Affairs Massage Zul, Senior Lackey for Education and Kangaroo ex-Malayan Law Sing An, as well as lackeys Dr Janil Puthucheary (who denounce his papa, see Cultural Revolution Red Guards), Ellen Lee (fan of Ruler Loong). To add some wayang element, Ruler Loong's persistent pain in the arse, Low the IronTooth is in the show as well.
Between 2 November and 8 December 2011, the committee invited members of the public and functional groups to nominate people who they feel have what it takes to be NMPs. The initial round will see bapok activists, pagans and dissenters' supporters routinely eliminated. Borderline approved bogus representatives are not expected to challenge lackeys and minions. Those who are disobedient will be blacklisted by Mouthpiece (media blackout) and quietly asked to leave once their term is up.
The NMP scheme was started in 1990 for local peasants who have distinguished themselves as regime supporters. They usually obey the Ruler Loong's decrees through Confuscian concept of obedience and partisan views in sham Legistative Council.
