I know of several middle-aged and elderly acquaintances who died in their sleep.Next is to sit down and don't walk. But don't sleep cos sleeping also can have higher chance to die.

There is a time i over exert myself by cycling more than 100km daily for weeks. Everyday feel like i come back from a gym with my bicycle. I feel great by such exertion.People die prematurely during exercise is due to over-exertion. You are putting yourself like a prey being chased by a lion and your cortisol level max out, breaking your body apart.
Everyone is different. The risk is still there for some people. There is a time i over exert myself by cycling more than 100km daily for weeks. Everyday feel like i come back from a gym with my bicycle. I feel great by such exertion.

There was a 65-year-old retiree at my condo who used to workout at the gym 5-6 days per week. He was fit as a fiddle, and often gave tips to younger neighbours at the gym, which he would frequent in the evenings. It came as a shock to everyone when we found out that he died of a cardiac arrest recently.Everyone is different. The risk is still there for some people.

Covid is an IQ test for many. If one understands what covid really is, they would not take a jab. Unfortunately, many don’t understand it well and fall for the lies and have to pay for the priceThere was a 65-year-old retiree at my condo who used to workout at the gym 5-6 days per week.
