Ghana is no pushover, but a group with only Germany as a previous Cup holder (no disrespect to Portugal, Ghana or USA) cannot be considered on equal terms with Group D, which has 3 pedigreed Cup winners: Italy (4x), Germany (3x), Uruguay (2x).
