I'm willing to say that, at most, it's possible that Madam Gan never made any of those police reports and, therefore, it's possible that she was lying (when she said she made them); but I'm afraid I feel a strong need to also say that it's both possible and even more probable that she really did make those police reports (or at least talked to the police both over the phone and even in person), so I hope you won't mind me considering your suspicion to be less probable!

But, of course, I'm aware of her many lies; and so, I certainly consider the contents of her reports to be filled with lies mixed with some truths, because I believe she's a very malicious/psychopathic/cunning hypocrite, who has a very strong desire to hurt innocent people (both male and female, especially if they are weaker; or if they are actually stronger, but she mistakenly thinks that they are "weaker" or thinks that she is the one who is "stronger", she would still try to hurt them), in order to feed her vanity/conceit/arrogance!
