Heat is energyThe cool hot temperature need to be discharge somewhere. It cannot be discharge in the same room it got it from. Otherwise no change in temperature.
They can if they pay for an air ticketPigs can fly too.LOL.
The warm air rise to the ceiling while the cold air sinks to surround the person sleeping at the bottom of the room. Lucky I got PhD can understand thisThe cool hot temperature need to be discharge somewhere. It cannot be discharge in the same room it got it from. Otherwise no change in temperature.
Also has exhaust pipe to exhaust the warm air in case your eyesight gone alreadyThe cool hot temperature need to be discharge somewhere. It cannot be discharge in the same room it got it from. Otherwise no change in temperature.
it depends on volume and pressure too. if room is small eventually all the hot air will occupy the room and pressurize it to make it hotter and unbearable. that was exactly what happened to one of my (ceca) tenants in sunnyvale. i left him a portable ac with a window duct and vent assembly. he was both lazy and clueless and did not hook up the exhaust of the ac to the window vent. he did not even set up the vent assembly at all as he closed all windows. after 69 minutes he called me and complained that ac wasn’t working as the room heated up. i showed up and saw that vent assembly was not in place. so i hooked it up for him at the nearest window and the room started cooling off in 6.9 minutes. this ceca tenant professed to have an engineering degree in his rental application, and he got a job at applied materials thanks to his ceca boss. so i nicely sexplained to him the basics of thermodynamics and why the ac blew out hot air after 69 minutes without a vent to the outside. the room (actually a one bed condo with a den) was large enough to accommodate hot air at its ceiling for about 69 minutes but would eventually run out of ceiling space and force hot air downwards with no vent and all windows closed. i even did a hand calculation of a heat transfer equation on paper and showed it to him. he could not fathom it as i deemed his “engineering” degree was fake. but i didn’t berate, accuse or insult him. when i left i smiled thinking and worrying about applied materials hiring all these useless bums from cecaland. when i reached home i sold all my applied materials stock. phew! The warm air rise to the ceiling while the cold air sinks to surround the person sleeping at the bottom of the room. You don't have to keep the Aircon turned on all the time, if you don't use the exhaust pipe. When the room air turned cold, turn off the Aircon and sleep, then the warm air will not increase. I assume people will not be so dumb to keep the Aircon turn on even when the room has reach 20 degrees. If they are then they are true SINKIES.it depends on volume and pressure too. if room is small eventually all the hot air will occupy the room and pressurize it to make it hotter and unbearable. that was exactly what happened to one of my (ceca) tenants in sunnyvale. i left him a portable ac with a window duct and vent assembly. he was both lazy and clueless and did not hook up the exhaust of the ac to the window vent. he did not even set up the vent assembly at all as he closed all windows. after 69 minutes he called me and complained that ac wasn’t working as the room heated up. i showed up and saw that vent assembly was not in place. so i hooked it up for him at the nearest window and the room started cooling off in 6.9 minutes. this ceca tenant professed to have an engineering degree in his rental application, and he got a job at applied materials thanks to his ceca boss. so i nicely sexplained to him the basics of thermodynamics and why the ac blew out hot air after 69 minutes without a vent to the outside. the room (actually a one bed condo with a den) was large enough to accommodate hot air at its ceiling for about 69 minutes but would eventually run out of ceiling space and force hot air downwards with no vent and all windows closed. i even did a hand calculation of a heat transfer equation on paper and showed it to him. he could not fathom it as i deemed his “engineering” degree was fake. but i didn’t berate, accuse or insult him. when i left i smiled thinking and worrying about applied materials hiring all these useless bums from cecaland. when i reached home i sold all my applied materials stock. phew!
if there’s humidity it will hardly help without venting out both hot air and warm moisture. You don't have to keep the Aircon turned on all the time, if you don't use the exhaust pipe. Can also keep the window open for the warm air to escape.
Vent to the ceiling can already. The hot air will stay there or skip out through open window.if there’s humidity it will hardly help without venting out both hot air and warm moisture.
you must still open window near ceiling. but if outside air is as hot as sexhaust air, little to no heat transfer except downwards to cooler air. heat transfer 69.Vent to the ceiling can already. The hot air will stay there or skip out through open window.
Turn off the Aircon when room is half filled or 8/10 filth with cold air, warm air rises to the top and stays at the top, no more increase in warm air.you must still open window near ceiling. but if outside air is as hot as sexhaust air, little to no heat transfer except downwards to cooler air. heat transfer 69.
aiyah too much trouble lah. best is to use proper ac and turn it on to 25-26 c when you need to nap for a few hours. constantly turning it on and off manually within a sleep cycle is sextremely inefficient and ineffective. moreover when you nap you won’t be able to micromanage the ac manually. let the ac’s thermostat do the work. at 25-26 c with all doors and windows closed the ac shuts off and turns on automatically based on maintaining the desired room ambient temp via the thermostat.Turn off the Aircon when room is half filled or 8/10 filth with cold air, warm air rises to the top and stays at the top, no more increase in warm air.
OR sleep near the Aircon will feel the cold air come out, anything else don't need to care.
Too much trouble is to install normal Aircon.aiyah too much trouble lah. best is to use proper ac and turn it on to 25-26 c when you need to nap for a few hours. constantly turning it on and off manually within a sleep cycle is sextremely inefficient and ineffective. moreover when you nap you won’t be able to micromanage the ac manually. let the ac’s thermostat do the work. at 25-26 c with all doors and windows closed the ac shuts off and turns on automatically based on maintaining the desired room ambient temp via the thermostat.
where i am, no need ac even in summer. better still. tomorrow will have perfect temperature at 69 f.Too much trouble is to install normal Aircon.
But this one can already.
