Can't find most of the letter writers' background (becuase of their generic names!). But the 4th letter is written by on Gerald Chiu:

Gerald Chiu was raised in Singapore and received his education in Singapore and England. Prior to joining Navis, Mr. Chiu was with Temasek Holdings for two years, and was responsible for private equity funds and life sciences investments. In addition, Mr. Chiu served his scholarship bond with the Singapore Government in a variety of roles, including in the Ministries of Defence and Trade & Industry. Mr. Chiu holds a Master of Engineering and a BA from the University of Cambridge.
