BREAKING] MOH also announced another death: Case 1836, a 65 year-old male Singapore Citizen.
 
This brings the total number of Covid-19 infections in Singapore to 2918.

Here's a breakdown of the new cases:






  • Imported cases: Zero


  • Linked to known clusters: 280, of which the vast majority are Work Permit holders in the dormitories.


  • Linked to other cases: 12, of which seven are Singapore Citizens/ Permanent Residents and five are Work Permit holders.


  • Pending contact tracing: 94,of which 21 are Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents, five are S-Pass holders, 64 are Work Permit holders, and the rest are Long Term Pass holders.



There are four new clusters today:

Six of the earlier confirmed cases have now been linked to a new cluster at CitiWall (34 Kaki Bukit Crescent).

One of the confirmed cases is linked to six previous cases, forming a new cluster at ABC Hostel (3 Jalan Kubor).

One of the newly confirmed cases is linked to eight previous cases, forming a new cluster at Tech Park Crescent dormitory (43 Tech Park Crescent).

Six of the earlier confirmed cases have now been linked to a new cluster at Kranji Dormitory (17 Kranji Way).

If really most is maids then most young parent will be feeling damn worry and anxious

If it's true that the virus can infect cross species e.g. human to dogs and dogs to humans, well, I've seen quite a number of maids walking their dogs at a fairly high SES area of residence. :biggrin:
