The primary function of water bombers are to fight fire especially forest fire. Pee Sai should buy few of these to kill Indon forest fire aka HAZE.
From sea / lakes / big rivers, the 鲲龙 is designed to skim water over surface in a touch-water movement and within 20 seconds, scoop up 12 tons of water inside it's belly. And over the fire area dump down the water, before going back to the water to do the next trip. It would be spectacular because it is biggest now in production.
Soviet got a slightly smaller model before but already been out of production for decades, and Putin recently mentioned plans to revive this Beriev BE-200 which has twin jet engines, whilst AG-600 got 4 propellers. Water bombing capacities are identically 12 tons. AG-600 is 53 tons Max take-off weight, BE-200 is 41 tons Max Take-off weight. Jet BE-200 got Max speed 700 km/h, Propeller AG-600 only 560 km/h.
