郵務士制服含氟超標！民進黨立委林俊憲、蕭美琴14日召開記者會指出，郵政公司10年來編列上億預算購買制服，規格要求防汙性須達4級以上，因此衣物均添加含氟化物，他送檢發現郵局制服含氟超出歐盟標準9.2萬倍，穿久了對人體有害，包括國防部、海岸巡防總局等單位都已從善如流，唯獨郵局堅持不改規格，讓全台1萬名郵務士繼續穿著「劇毒」制服工作，簡直是官僚殺人。
林俊憲表示，郵局在郵務士「防水透氣夾克、褲子」採購規範中明定，衣物防汙性測試須達4級以上，要達到高度防汙性能必須使用全氟化合物（PFCs）。但美國環保署已證實PFCs對人體有腫瘤疑慮，會傷害肝和腎，影響生殖系統及內分泌系統，更會增加罹癌風險，2017年歐盟決議擴大限制，未來所有紡織衣物都須排除全氟物和衍生物。
依照歐盟目前規範，衣物中的PFCs檢出不得超過1ppm，但林俊憲將郵局近5年採購的防水外套、褲子送檢，竟發現PFCs高達9萬2000ppm，超出歐盟標準9.2萬倍，事後郵局卻辯稱我國法規沒有明文禁止PFCs，堅持衣服沒有含毒。林俊憲說，包括國防部、海岸巡防總局、縣市清潔隊等單位，均已發現PFCs對人體有嚴重危害，早就修正衣物採購防汙規格，唯獨郵局不願修改落伍的採購規範，「這等於是慢性謀殺郵務士。」
蕭美琴則表示，即使過去採購均合法，但2017歐盟已提升國際標準，相關研究也顯示PFCs有致癌風險，郵局知情卻不願調整，讓人難以接受。甚至連台灣廠商都已不做含氟衣物，郵局還稱若無法取得染劑或原料，可考慮向中國購買，可見管理階層無視基層員工健康，根本麻木不仁。
中華郵政協理郭純陽強調，郵局非常重視基層郵務士的健康，下次採購制服訂定規格時，會徵詢更多專家學者意見，也盼衛福部、環保署能召集會議討論，訂出明確的法令規範，讓各單位製作制服時有相關標準得以依循。
