【星島日報報道】一名食環署職員今日在屯門啟民徑執行職務時，疑與一名男子發生衝突，遭人推跌受傷。警方接報到場，拘捕一名男子，涉嫌普通襲擊。

食環署發言人回應傳媒查詢時指，事發今日下午約4時45分，食環署人員在屯門啟民徑向一名違反清潔法例的男子發出定額罰款通知書期間。該名男子拒絕出示身分證明文件，並擬離開。其間兩人發生爭執，男子疑以手推跌食環署職員，職員報稱其頭部，手部及腰部受傷。警方事後到場，拘捕事件中一名年約35歲，姓郭的男子。受傷食環署職員亦由救護車送往屯門醫院治理。案件列作襲擊導致有人受傷及妨礙人員執行職務處理。

由網上流傳的一張照片所見，食環署職員倒臥地上，以手掩住肩頸位置，狀甚痛苦。而旁邊則有一名女子與另一食環署職員理論。

(Sing Tao Daily reports) A FEHD staff member was suspected of having a clash with a man when he was on duty at the Qimin Road in Tuen Mun. Police arrived at the scene and arrested a man for general attacks.

A FEHD spokesman responded to media enquiries that, at about 4.45 pm today, FEHD officers issued a notice of fixed penalty for a man who violated the cleaning legislation in Qimin, Tuen Mun. The man refused to show proof of identity and intended to leave. During the dispute between the two men, the man suspected to push the FEHD staff down. The staff reported that he was injured in the head, hands and waist. The police later appeared on the scene and arrested a man, who was about 35 years old and surnamed Guo. Injured FEHD staff were also sent to Tuen Mun Hospital by ambulance. Cases were classified as attacks that resulted in injuries and prevented staff from performing duties.

According to a photo posted on the Internet, the FEHD staff was lying on the ground and covering his shoulder and neck with his hands. It was very painful. Next to it, there is a woman who is theorizing with another FEHD staff member.

涉案澳洲籍男子(49歲)，與姓張（43歲）本地妻子，同住南丫島榕樹灣後街一單位。昨日下午5時許，洋漢在寓所天台「隊酒」後，疑借醉與妻子「吵大鑊」，村民見狀報警。期間，數名警方接報抵達，發現洋漢情緒激動，手持逾呎長利刀威嚇妻子，警員立刻喝止及趨前欲制服。豈料，洋漢發難反抗，更企圖搶走一名警員的佩槍，同袍見狀撲前阻止，合力將其按地制服及扣上手銬。

I am afraid that he was deaf and immediately took action. Revolted, attempting to snatch the police officers and firing their guns, the group police quickly joined forces to arrest their uniforms. During the chaos, five police officers were injured and Yang Han also needed hospital treatment.


The Australian man (49 years old) involved in the case and a local wife, surnamed Zhang (43), lived in a unit on the back street of Yung Shue Wan, Lamma Island. At 5 o'clock in the afternoon yesterday, after Yang Han's "Team Drinking" on the roof of his apartment, he was intoxicated with his wife and "noisy". The villagers saw the police. During the visit, several police officers arrived and found out that Yang Han was very emotional. He held an overbearing knife and intimidated his wife. The police officers immediately drank and tended to subdued. Unexpectedly, Yang Han made it difficult to resist. He also attempted to snatch away a police officer's gun and put it in check with his robes before he threw himself in. He was forced to press his uniform and handcuffed.


During the entanglement, five policemen suffered injuries to their hands, face and chest. Yang Han also suffered an ear injury. Six of them also required hospitalization. After investigating the police, the police attacked on suspicion of assaulting a police officer, possession of offensive weapons, attempted robbery, and detained Yang Han for a total of three crimes. The case was sent to the Regional Crime Squad of the Marine Police for follow-up action.

I am soo upset with the HK Mata. They should have just the ang mor at 1st sign of trouble or taser him straight away. How come let the ang mor injure soo many of them?
