It was clear that he absolutely HATED being a doctor. Probably hear patients' FON until he cannot take it scold them and then kena complaints (back in that time complaints still not big thing yet). Probably was also pissed that they got Soo Kee Chee to become to Head of GS in SGH instead of him.
