I mean these Ministers can be given directorships (with payments) after they retire. That's in place of their lack of payment from giving speeches. If no one wants to give them directorship after they retire that means they sucks big time and don't deserve any payment any how.

Minister's Salary Recommendation Committee please note, our Ministers/President may not receive lucrative speaking payout when they retires (mainly because they suck at speaking and no one wants to hear them anyways), but they do receives many directorships after they retires from politics. So...
