There are still small groups of expat cyclists hogging the bus lanes from 7:30 - 9:30 am on weekdays along Upper Bukit Timah, Dunearn Road, Bukit Timah, Clementi Road, Ulu Pandan, Holland Road etc. These riders are probably pretending to WFH or start work after 11 am.
Even if discretionary turns are no longer permitted, there will always be drivers distracted by their mobile phones or simply not concentrating on the road who end up running over bikers and pedestrians at traffic junctions.
