Most people who have enjoyed a smooth career ride choose to believe that their "early success" was due entirely to their abilities. They think they can duplicate their success anywhere.

But what I see is when Superintendent retires, he ends up as a Security Supervisor. When an Army Captain retires, he becomes an Operation Manager in school. When PMETs lose their jobs in banks and MNCs, they turn to Grab.
