The people of Hougang SMC really hated PAP Elites for closing down their only wet market and removed the bus routes.
This will never go away in their life memories.

After the goreng and drag through the m&d many times by Raesha and the PAP Elites, Pritam is now a much stronger person than he was in 2020.

Many years back when GCT tie town council management with the elected MP, it was meant to be a firewall against winning by Opposition, and forever keep out Oppy parties from winning.
GCT and the PAP Elites never expected Towkay Low to overcome and build up town council management experience and skillsets.
Fast forward to 2025, WP is now able to manage municipal matters in Hougang, Aljunied and Sengkang. PAP's trick has been defeated and the WP will be entrenched int these wards....
Still good for citizens if govt treats every citizen like family.
If you are the established (1st world country) parents, you will take care of all your children even some are not made for working in a rat race.

Sorry to burst your bubble. WP led by LOTO Pritam is friendly opposition. PAP wont lose any sleep if WP were to win one or 2 more seats or an extra GRC.
Did it not occur to you despite the quarrels, fights and sagas WP were not punished in any meaningful way?
