My advice to her is if she leecided to throw the towel, don't throw and find ways to geng hospitalisation leaves.
After leeturn then geng again until fully utilise. Can bag home at least another 2 months of salary.

Employers will work you like a dog if they pay you $15K, but our Ministers get paid between $1 - $2.2 million per annum to rule by consensus (groupthink).

I had a senior colleague who was less than a year from his retirement when he decided to go for a total knee replacement. He was on post hospitalisation leave for 8 weeks; that wily old fox.
