If date is known, how to open plate? Can only bet on percentage.

You should know by now that LHL doesn't want to call for BE. That's the only reason why he submitted the case to the court. If he wants to, no court or opposition can stop him as PM. The Constitution clearly gives PM the right anytime, the question now is when, are there parameters to anytime? Sorry, unspecified in the Constitution as for BE, only for GE. The constitutional judicial review committee will most probably study it and churn out hundreds of pages of meaningless reports over two years. By that time, the next GE is coming. Unlike LKY who did it by just banging table, LHL has no guts to bang table but submit to the court.
