Women should be treated as equals.
The world has many good women leaders in the past and present. Golda Meir, Margaret Thatcher. Many many more.
Women, in my opinion are also least likely to succumb to corrupt practices unlike men.
You may wish to read the book, "They Dared To Be Doctors" which tells the fight by the two sisters in Victorian England.

Please state the problems created by women....

Don't attack women. They have maternal instincts and love, which sadly ALL men do not possess..
We may have women who dump their new-born foetuses but they are just a fraction as compared to acts of vengeance by men.
