There has been many reports about people hearing strange and weird sounds all over the world. The latest in 2012 was from Samarahan, Borneo. If one were to google this or search youtube, there are many such reports and they all sound more or less the same. What can it be?

The only sounds that you will hear, will be the collective voices of the PAPpies, moaning that you deduct their salaries; and the 'lightning god' will whisper in your ear, " let it be, let it be". That's the only sounds in SINgapore, you will hear, amplified for sometime to come.

After doing some searching, I think someone had finally discovered the source. He said all those youtube videos were made by a company called BIOWARE as a viral marketing strategy for their new incoming Online Game called Mass Effect which is about to be released. The person also said he has contacted Bioware but has no respond so far.

I am not a fan not a gamer, but those who are can verify this. Here is a video that shows how they generate the game's sound effects.
