I think it is a semi-d located at base of Bt Timah Hill. Lots of monkeys there. Also a great place to bonk at the public carpark unless entrance is chained up now. Used to have an old clan building on the side road.

Yes, case classified under section 323 of Penal Code. Vountarily causing hurt is almost always non-seizable except for road bully cases. Yong Pung How said no, not me!

If non-road bully case, police arrive at scene to record particulars and advice aggrieved party to lodge magistrate complaint. Once done, magistrate may or may not direct police to investigate.

If police suspect there could be a case of grievous hurt, an arrest may be made. Case will then be classified under section 325 of Penal Code pending medical report.
