pap has sent all their rookies fr RCs to personally visit every homes to invite senior folks to attend their new year parties. to entice them further, every old folk would get a $30 cash angpow besides the free foods and goodie bags.

come chinese new year, there would be another 10-course dinner party. again angpows and freebies would be given as door gifts.

to convenient every folks, RCs are mobilising free bus transport through n fro at conveniently designated points in every wards.

what are the opps doing to compete with that?
