Lunch always outside so anything with fish goes such as Tuna sandwiches, fish soup (love the stuff), Malay stall, selar/kunning with riced and 2 vegs etc. Dinner is certainly fish. Steamed, fried , poached. etc. From Selar, Seabass, to Tenggriri. A lot of tenggiri in later life as it had good oil content.
Now anything in moderation. The lady friend who was on fish diet nearly all her adult life and passed away really got to me.
I am now got it my mind that the body needs all kinds of stuff and it will sort itself out. Just got to any hawker centre and food outlet. The healthy AH Peks in their 70s and 80s seem to be slim or moderate size tucking away on a variety of food.
