Budwig Diet- Meals that are anti-cancer, anti-diabetic...

Cottage cheese has been around for many years. i had it when i was a teen. i remember i bought it from cold storage. Many athletics eat that too. why i know? i was an avid runner and i did research on fitness and health from ang mor books about fitness. They eat cottage cheese too.

When I was a teen, I could only afford Kraft Cheddar cheese that comes in a blue box in a block from the 'chap huay tiam' refridgerator, Cold Storage, too expensive place, never mind cottage cheese.

Just look at his 2 ardent associates, Tonychat is a loser and Ramseth does insurance sales. No need to say anymore. Johnny is closer to a religious convert and you cannot have a rational argument with him. This is no different to someone from a new age church. The only thing is to point it out every time these erroneous or false claims are made.
That is the problem, i believed he is not educated/familiar in science field. Honestly no one in the right mind at professional level will dare to cite those papers from free open access source. But these tricks are good for salesman to trick folks like him.

For once, I agree with scroobal :D

We are not talking about healthy living. It about false claims such as 95% cancer cure rate and non existent Nobel prize nominees. Please don't play innocent with me. You have been screwing around the gullible one's in this forum for years. When they don't serve your purpose, you mock and ridicule them. Remember the name Teflon was given to you by me years ago for doing just that.
What has insurance or financial planning got to do with healthy eating? If you eat healthily, you live a long life and don't need insurance? If you buy insurance, better don't eat healthily and die earlier for the claim?

Sinkie sinkie, you still do not get it.
Nobody gives a shit what you are blabbering about now.

You are beginning to sound like a broken record.

Wah see liao the screw has added 2 ppl to the village idiot's list including the highly esteemed Ram.

Hey not to worry the screw will be busy summarizing up all the forum's topics one of these days and will be giving out his good and bad list of forummers. Mind you it's different from how other forummers talk about one another where it's light hearted jabs and based on their own opinion of said forummer.

Forummers on the screw's bad list are treated like absolute retards and not to mention he'll be praising forummers on his good list namely his own suck cock buddies and himself to the skies. Talk about being egoistic.

Need I say anymore - the final village idiot has emerged. Did not take long. Retards indeed. Took the words right out of my mouth.

"It is concluded that such combination treatment
might be a useful option for treating already formed metastases and for providing
protection against the formation of metastases in ER positive breast cancer. The findings
need to be corroborated by clinical trials. Whether similar results can be expected for other
malignant tumor phenotypes relying on glycolysis as the main energy source remains to
be elucidated."

sorry fuck up on this,

high density is the good one, low is the bad

I don't wanna sound like a clone of Johnny but I suggest nicotinic acid to anyone who seeks to raise their HDL-C. I use it for preventive purposes because my family has a history of hypercholesterolaemia. :)

This is a very solid paper. very nicely performed. promising results linking cancer suppression with intake of omega 3 fatty acid on animals. but no clinical result to suggest it is reproducible on human in this paper. but i am very impressed by the work of this group

is budwit diet focus on omega 3 fatty acid or mainly or mostly consist of it? if not this is not supporting the claim well to your cause

if its proven to work against placebo i have nothing against it. if you know what you are doing go ahead

Flaxseeds oil certainly has some interesting properties. I take it daily in capsule form, mainly for its Omega 3-6-9. Don't know about Cottage cheese though. In capsule form, flaxseeds oil is quite easy to take and fuss-free.

this paper does show promising in vivo results on animals that all. but its a very nicely organise piece of work.

For your info, there are various animal testing phases. lab rats are the very first and primitive form of it. it hint a direction, that's about it. Things only get interesting when it shows very good results on dogs and pigs (most drugs/treatment never made it to this phase). Then we consider moving on to clinical.

If you are going to read papers, bare all these in mind. Concentrate only on papers with proven clinical results. U are the one going to try these treatment, you are not going to look at raw data obtain from rats.

Instead of trying to add divert attention to others why not limit your anger at me leave the others out of this.

I'm sure there are others who are looking for answers since health is an important issue. All this name calling is not going to achieve anything .It's a turn-off for many forumers, especially the newbies.

I'll start with your main criticism on the claim that Budwig was nominated 7 times for the nobel
Ans: I am not claiming this just repaeting what I've read. If you have issue with this, take it up with the aythors of the various websites.
For me this is not important. I'm more interested in the protocl

Over the years I've started alot of threads on health issues. It's now obvious that you don't agree. If you have issues with any claim please feel free to bring them up & we can discuse again. My purpose is to share information. With this discussion, others can decide for themselves where the truth lies.

Don't worry about me. I don't do insurance anymore. Scroobal is mistaken. I've just found my long lost son Vamjok. I'm in a good mood and no mood for arguing over little nothings. Read what you like. Believe what you like from what you've read. Write what you think it's right to share with others. The readers should judge for themselves. That's all.
