I don't think it's TJS, anyone could have done it. Don't forget that opposition came about because PAP dominated over the rest. Given that WP also dominantly won 8 out of 9 opposition seats, it would be a matter of time that many opposition considerations would exclude WP and the term non-WP opposition would arise.
