If it's meant for losing weight, I'd say don't waste your money. Just go for a good jog or a good swim regularly, like twice or more per week. Body shaping also needs no machinery. Just do 20 push-ups and sit-ups every morning when you wake up. Caution: Don't listen to or believe in Equalisation bullshit about 500 squats. Some people are armed and dangerous. That old fool is drunk and dangerous. You'll end up in hospital before you reach 100 squats, however young or fit you are.
