Is it PAP MPs and honorable WP MPs after debating, the speaker decides the verdict ?

But many decisions are made outside the parliament oredi, so what is there to decide right !

Most policies are not decided at parliament right, some people just go ahead and then debate, so the speaker really for what ?

Tan Sor Khoon was speaker before , can ask him ?

WP at last GE 2011 suggested First-world parliament and roughly if you based on WP results---48% understand , not bad oredi right !

So the next GE, perhaps if 4 GRCs contested by WP plus AMK GRC all comes under WP , then first-world parliament will be fully understood right !

Meanwhile, what kind of the world parliament needs a speaker ?

Some people say the speaker keeps the time of speeches at parliament---Oppo MPs speak less and PAP MPS can speak more, got such thing meh ?

The Speaker does not decide the outcome of parliamentary debate and voting. But of course, in that position, he'll be able to exercise certain measure of sway or influence over it.

Palmer was narrrowly elected to represent the voice of his constituency in parliament. If he became the speaker, how is he going to voice up and debate policy for the people who voted for him? Why can't a speaker be someone independent from PAP? Wayang right?

What do you mean by fake democracy. Either it's all real or it's all fake. Are you challenging the results of Hougang SMC and Aljunied GRC under fake democracy?

I've given a couple of days for this but I always keep track of this kind of topic. So? Aljunied and Hougang won under fake democracy? The idea that if your side wins that's democracy but if the other side wins that's not democracy is the root of no democracy at all. The elections are free and fair. But I agree, the resources on both sides or multiple sides are lopsided. Go do something about instead of complaining no democracy, please. What do you expect? Government to provide Opposition with money and manpower to stand for election against them, in order to be seen fairer? If so, then there's no need to contest election with a government so politically fair. It's ideal and best!
