I think Singapore will be a laughing stock. A run-off is an idea they probably didn't think or know of and even if they did they would find it costly. They probably didn't expect 4 candidates.

to them, a win is still a win, even if its by a nose hair or peesai. the system has made a mockery of the nation... the nation with an EP with a pathetic mandate. TT needs to plaster concrete on his face, in order to meet with world leaders from now on.

Every peasant have give gov a pressure for a RunOff election for President. Since no one get more than 50% vote. How can TT/gov said that TT is the chosen by Singaporean. If runoff/2nd round, TT will get less than 40% vote because all vote from TJS will go to TCB.
