A 24 year old Malay man was knifed by a 16 year old Vietnamese ‘FT’ in Geylang!
According to a report in a Chinese tabloid, 24 year old Mohamad Shafie and a friend spotted the boy loitering in the streets of Geylang after his prayers at the mosque who was suspected of steaing the latter motorcycle’s accessories a few days ago.
The duo followed the boy into the Geylang Lorong 32 after which the boy suddenly took out a Swiss army knife from his pocket and attacked them. Shafie was knifed in the back in the altercation and the boy was subsequently arrested by the police.
It is not known if the boy is studying or working in Singapore.
In a separate case, a gang of four Vietnamese were each sentenced to 12 weeks’ jail in a district court on Monday after pleading guilty to three shoplifting charges. They reportedly lined handbags with aluminium foil so their loot could be smuggled out undetected from Orchard Road shops.
Over two days during the Great Singapore Sale, the quartet managed to shoplift more than S$9,000 worth of items, mainly clothes from downtown boutiques.
Due to the PAP’s pro-foreigner and mass-immigration policies, foreigners now make up 40 percent of Singapore’s population, up from 14 percent in 1990. Of the remaining 60 percent who are citizens, an increasing number are born overseas.
Despite rising public displeasure at the relentless influx of foreigners, PAP leaders have been warning Singaporeans not to turn ‘negative’ towards them with Law Minister Shanmugam giving Singaporeans a ‘lecture’ over the ‘currygate’ saga recently.
