I have to explain that bashing of minority races can be done here but not in the moderated folder. Hope it is understandable as there are members who are not Chinese.

Are you sure you can determine with confidence what is racist and what is simply stating a fact or an opinion? Sometimes, I think political correctness gone overboard may actually be detrimental because people become afraid to discuss issues with more depth for fear of stepping on the sensitivities of a few. I think it is better for those who disagree to stand up to racist comments rather than hiding away those comments. This will show people that there is a need to speak up if you do not agree with something or be held hostage by a small minority of bigots. Unfortunately, I think most Asians do not like to do this but we need to change this mentality.

In the first place it has nothing to do with the thread at all. Secondly one can say something without having to mention race. Those who likes to point out negative aspects of a race can always post here, why need to post it in the moderated forum? It is not as though there is no other avenue to post except in that folder. Expect the moderated forum to be moderated otherwise do not call it moderated.

Every mod has their personal bias, and I have mine.
