Didn't know his wife is American.
But then again, we complain about PRC comming to Singapore, just to get a SG passport as a stepping stone to go overseas to work in the US.

He spent more than 30 years abroad - so probably excuse reservist. Anyway he is 59, so no more reservist duties. No need to dig so deep lah.

Important thing is he is a Singaporean and his wife is an American. No problem for him if he wants to be a PRC citizen, Taiwanese citizen or American citizen if Singapore gets too hot or too small for him.

Now forums abuzz with new PRC citizens wanting to form a party.
We have one already, except he joined an existing party 30 years later.
