sibling means brother and sisters, but the scheme doesnt forbid two PRs who are not sibling but are married to each other from buying HDB, you see what I am referring to????

i know what u mean but how to determine 2 PRs whether siblings or not?
how to prove? 2 PRs from 2 different countries eg Msia n China, may be siblings and 2 PRs from same countries eg Msia may NOT be siblings also mah.
even in Sg many claim to be brothers n sisters but are actually strangers.

Why want to report those rent out?
If like that many will lost extra income. Many Sinkie also rent out room to survive. Please keep quite.
Just ask gov to built more flat. That all.

In the beginning, the PAP built HDB flats for only Singaporeans. PR were unheard of in those days. Nowadays, HDB flats are also sold to PR who are not Singaporeans. Is this policy correct? Certainly not.
PR should not be allowed to profit from buying and selling HDB flats. If they bought HDB flat in the open market, they should only sell back the same flats to the HDB at original purchased price. They cannot re-sell the flats in the open market. Nip massive profiteering in the bud of those PR who buy and sell HDB flats to cause havoc in the re-sale market of HDB flats.
