The PAP is going to be wrong if they think all this "good news" helps.

People who think they are in the minority and not in the "in" majority will cast their vote the other way thinking that the PAP is electorally safe but needs a jolt. They also think they are the minority who did not benefit from the PAP and need not follow those who did. The PAP will realise that this self-thought "minority" is the majority who will collectively bid them farewell. Let them continue with this.
