What do those numbers mean anyway? I dint know ACS have bright students, i thought they are all spoilt brats.
ACS has chosen the IB route to avoid direct competition (or comparison) with RI and most of the other top schools. The result is nothing to shout about. Before the IP program was started for most top schools in Spore , ACS has consistently dropped out of the top 10 based on 'O' Level result. If the rest of the top schools has chosen the IB exam, they will have easily trounced that kind of performance.
