Have you collected phone books?

I asked myself a question: how many times do i use the phone book in each calendar year. None, for donkey years. Thus i decided not to collect.

Good for you but those calling me are those wanting to sell me things.

Johnny....you can list your line as Private, it will not be listed in the phone directory.
However you have pay a few dollars each month for this service.

Didn't think I needed to pay protection money to the phone company:)

Back when I got the land line, strangers didn't call you to try to sell you things. It was the age of innocence, train stations were not infested with insurance & credit card sales people, tissue sellers,.... :(

Since my parents are the ones using the phone I'll check with them if they want to be delisted, Since I've had the number for years I'm already compromised:)

The phone books I have are dated 2006/2007  Time really flies.
Does that qualify for donkey years :)

Watch the movie again. The address on the phone book that the terminator checked and found is 4 digit in the phonebook while her home has 5 digits and the number is not even close.

The Terminator found Sarah O'Connor through the phonebook.
