Chinese buyers in the Singapore property market have grown significantly in number from last year, according to property agency DTZ.
In the third quarter of this year, mainland Chinese buyers represented a record-breaking 20% of non-Singaporean buyers in the market.
This puts them on par with the Indonesians as the second largest group of non-Singaporean buyers after the Malaysians, who topped with 21%.
The Malaysians and British are consistently the leading landed purchasers amongst non-Singaporeans says DTZ, while Indian buyers have also expanded their presence from 14% in 2009 to 17%.

Malaysians: 21%

British: 21%

Mainland Chinese: 20%

Indonesians: 20%

Indians: 17%

Going by the above figures, Singaporean buyers make up less than 1%?

Singaporeans sell their properties, take their millions and go live like king in JB!

Leave Singapore to Chinese, Indians, etc... the property values will automatically drop... then you go back and buy the properties again
