should I go for iPhone 4 or others ?

hello everyone... hope experts here can advise.

I'm going to get a new phone. Should I go for iPhone 4 ?
HTC ? or other phone with Windows 7 ?

Basically, I will use it for Internet surfing. Surf for news and you tube when I'm in public transport

Camera or Music is not really important for me.

Din try tat...mine still Andriod 2.1 so no flash support...i usually rip movies frm DVD into MP4 format...so far no problem at all...

just ask one singtel retail shop, the guy told me is $900 + without line !!

any one can advise ?
where is better place to buy iphone 4 ? or which are smart phone is mire worthwhile ? I just need one for surfing and some simple usage.
