I don't believe too much in upbringing. It's all depend on the person themselves. When a child wants to turn bad, any amount of care or concerns , education from schools and parents, it is not going to help. It is more on the individuals IQ/EQ. Those with lower IQ will join triad and be sam seng. Some people with higher IQ may end up committing other types of white-collar crimes.

1. Police under estimated those bastards
2. Based on history, none of these gang members were hanged so they are not afraid
