I used to keep a ponytail many years ago when I was in the US. My girlfriend gave me a hair band that was plain black simple, not the type with flowery curves and designs used by girls. I'm thinking of keeping a ponytail again, but this simple non-feminine hair band seems hard to find in Singapore. Any guy keeping long hair here knows where to buy one?

PS: Please don't suggest common rubber band.

Just ask the womenfolk!

You can ask the following chaps. Some for pony tail, some just to keep the hair in place:

-- David Seaman
-- Jonas Gutierrez
-- Andy Carroll
-- Carlos Tevez
-- Dimitar Berbatov

Let me settle a few things first. It's not necessarily Japan. It'd be alright for me if it's Thailand, Malaysia or any of the English or Chinese speaking countries or territories. I don't mind as long as I don't have to learn another language from scratch. I've enough of languages cramming my head.

Tie your hair like how the chink does in Qing dynasty

That's not ponytail style, that's pigtail style. I think nowadays only girls know how to do it. I don't like it and don't know how to do it anyway.
