How can i form my own party in Singapore???

I would like to know how can i form my own party in Singapore?Anyone knows how???What is the rule and what qualification do i need?



I already design my own party flag.Here it is...!

And the name of my party will be ' Singapore Democratic Action Party' !!! The SDAP !!!

Later on i will setup my own Opposition party forum like those of Sammyboy.
Then i will setup my own facebook to bring in more supporters.
Finally setup my own party website like those of Dr Chee SDP.
And then i will post alot of my own view of Singaporeans problems we are facing now, the solutions and so on...!!!
Will ask for permit from the police to talk in Hong Lim park coming soon.
Then will use youtube to broadcast my own political thought.

Hmm... what else ah!!

but i will start as a single ward candidate.

if i win, i will try to find a party to join, cos i have bargaining power cos i am MP already. if not i can start to get more people with same ideas to form a party.
