There are a lot of companies these days are using interviews to draw ideas on how to solve problems that they themselves have no idea how to solve.

So, if you are in an interview, DO NOT answer in detail on how to solve problems, especially those that you have "proprietary" knowledge of...

Amongst these companies that I have experienced, a good 50% of them are MNCs...

[COLOR="_______"]Just give them the answer to tickle their curiosity but not solution. If they want solution, they need to employ you to find out more. Just like when a computer is spoilt, you tell them where is the possible problems but not into the technical detail and promise you can solve it. [/COLOR]
