If a diplomat in a hit and run case is stopped by a local civilian and tries to ya ya with civilian and both starts quarelling and in the heat of the moment civilian bashes up diplomat terok terok. What will happen to civilian? :rolleyes:

If the civilian bashed up the diplomat, he'd be arrested and imprisoned a few months. If he's got a good lawyer, perhaps could get off with a few thousand dollars fine.

If the diplomat won the the brawl and bashed up the civilian, the diplomat has diplomatic immunity.
