Thereafter, "chi-ching" walk to the bank to cash out money.. hehe.. Quick tell me which stock to buy ??

Oh yes, must clean up my 6 burners and get ready for a barbie in Sept !!!!

In Nov, my new prince arrival !!! Dec to Feb - my happy paternity leave !!

Outsourced tiling and plumbing work for bath room.. complete within 1week @$3k.. Students for external eaves & painting @$100/day.. Carpet at 4k.. electrical/security/antenna for <$6k. Replaced 6 external doors ($250/ea) and complete with Mortice Lockwood locksets with masterkeys @$300/ea. All in plus shipment (kitchen, italian wrought iron gate, synthetic grass) from GuangZhou for total under $45k..

Oh, ordered my 8 seaters dinning set for $5.5k and my ebony majong breakfast table for $2.5k

Much lesser than my ex-shanghai neighbour who paid $110k for internal renov !! I saved approx $50k, unfortunately, I injured my shoulder last weekend..

I have no regrets. I am happy

Having a hung parliament is usual in a parliamentary representation, just that it is less common in UK Canada and Australia. But, they may want to change the system to more like New Zealand, nothing to "hang".
