I think it is unfair to comment about individual quality just by the look. I'm sure if some forumers are willing to stick their picture here, you would also receive very 'favorable' comment-by look alone.
I do see some encouraging contribution in area of health care, esp those that local shunned.
Has visited children home and old folks home that were supported by majority of pinoy staff......quality is quite acceptable.

I'm for the idea that they hire foreigners for the jobs that do not need much credentials and/or academic qualifications. But, with such heavyweights, I think we'll just need to fly abroad a little more often whenever we need to catch a breather.
